Continuous education is necessary for Somarelang Tikologo to raise awareness of environmental issues in Botswana. Conservation initiatives require a behavioral change thus ST aims to keep educating Botswana about the importance of conservation.

ST does its education and awareness through different activities which include Annual National Art competition, the Enviro School Project, Annual Journalist and Activist Awards and continuous publications in the media.
