Membership and Benefits

The benefits to ST's membership are tremendous as one gets a satisfaction that he or she is making a positive contribution to Botswana's environment. Members also get invited to all ST activities and will receive all ST publications which include amongst others the Annual report and Dikgang (an ST newsletter that currently comes out twice a year). If you are a member your shopping will never be the same at the Green Shop as you receive 10% discount in your purchases.

ST's membership is open to everyone, including students. ST puts on membership drives in order to increase the membership base, which helps us become more financially independent. This requires people to call members who have let their membership lapse, and to solicit new members either by phone or door-to-door. This assistance is especially valuable as the support of our members, both physical and financial, is what allows us to perform our activities, and effectively deal with Botswana's environmental problems.

To become a Somarelang Tikologo member, you can do one of the following:

  1. Visit our office at Plot 3491, Ext. 4, Gaborone, Botswana to fill out a form and make payment.

  2. Mail a filled out copy of our Membership Form as well as a cheque to P/Bag 00376, Gaborone, Botswana.

  3. Email a filled out soft-copy of our Membership Form to kmoseki@somatiko.org.bw and either hand deliver or mail your payment to us.

Please do not mail cash, as we are not responsible for any lost or missing payments. Cheques should be made payable to Somarelang Tikologo.
