To encourage the sustainable use of our resources (both manmade and natural). To increase the efficiency with which they are utilised as well as to ensure equity in the distribution of the benefits accrued from harnessing these resources.

The Somarelang Tikologo Resource Conservation Subcommittee conducts demonstration projects as well as awareness-raising campaigns to educate Botswana about the importance of conservation of these resources.
